  • Implementing project lifecycle governance using a project management plan.

Project Administration

  • Budget and cost planning for feasibility assessments, business cases and initial project planning.
  • Management of the contracted budget, budget contingency, planned costs, CAPEX use and OPEX forecasting throughout construction.

  • Budget, commitment and expenditure forecasting and tracking for the project development lifecycle.

Project Procurement

  • Leading and managing the project tendering process on behalf of clients, including writing tenders, probity management, and tender panel management.
  • Managing the development and agreement of contract requirements for services and works for a range of contract methodologies.
  • Managing the contract execution process for consultants and construction contractors.

Contract Administration

  • Administration of time and cost claims, and the assessment of progress claims of all parties engaged by the client.
  • Upholding contract obligations of scope and service to the required outcomes of the engagement.

Contract Superintendency

  • Management and administration of the construction contract as superintendent.
  • Administration of time and cost claims, and assessment of progress claims.
  • Managing closure of the contract at project completion.

Project Commissioning

  • Project commissioning of the building, services and all working systems, plant and equipment, including testing and business transition planning.
  • Management of consultants and contractors to complete and certify the commissioning process.
  • Inspections for defect rectification, and management of the defect rectification program until defect free.

Project Completion

  • Management of project completion and handover, including finalising as constructed documents and building operational manuals, contract closure, and close of financial commitments.
  • Business transition planning, decanting, and facilitation of day one operational commencement inside the completed development.
  • Facilitation of information transfer to facilities management, operational cleaning and maintenance teams.

  • Undertaking lessons learned and benefit realisation workshops with the client and project management team following project completion.
