Third parties vary from authorities, utilities, stakeholders, subject matter experts, suppliers, and the like and as maybe required for our clients’ project development. Each third party is deemed a client for the purpose of service management and professional workings. For successful delivery, we either align the project development with a 3rd party’s parameters or provide a platform for the third party to align their services with the project objectives.
Understanding a contracting team is essential for achieving project quality. We attempt to understand a contractor’s business, their quality, their people and their market suitability. We believe, that where possible, early contractor involvement can provide buildability solutions that reduce project risk. We do not see the contractor as an end of line service, rather we deem all to be part of one team, joined together centred around STAR PMCA, the cog to the wheel of construction.
Bringing together the ‘dream team’, is paramount to the successful delivery of a project. The dream team is a selection of preferred consultants who either align with or have the necessary skills and experiences to circumnavigate project risk and deliver above the expected project outcomes.
