Third Parties

Third parties vary from authorities, utilities, stakeholders, subject matter experts, suppliers, and the like and as maybe required for our clients’ project development. Each third party is deemed a client for the purpose of service management and professional workings.  For successful delivery, we either align the project development with a 3rd party’s parameters or provide a platform for the third party to align their services with the project objectives.

Contractor

Understanding a contracting team is essential for achieving project quality. We attempt to understand a contractor’s business, their quality, their people and their market suitability. We believe, that where possible, early contractor involvement can provide buildability solutions that reduce project risk. We do not see the contractor as an end of line service, rather we deem all to be part of one team, joined together centred around STAR PMCA, the cog to the wheel of construction.

Consultants

Bringing together the ‘dream team’, is paramount to the successful delivery of a project.  The dream team is a selection of preferred consultants who either align with or have the necessary skills and experiences to circumnavigate project risk and deliver above the expected project outcomes. To ensure a consultant teams achieves the greatest value for the client, STAR PMCA work proactively with each consultant group on a trust-based platform. The aged care and retirement living sector has undergone considerable change recently to adopt a people focused approach, creating sensitive and enjoyable building and landscape environments with high end technology solutions that have considerable implications on operations and the physical construct of the building typology. In a changing landscape our team has adapted our delivery model to enable our clients to aspire to be at the forefront of a new ‘service delivery’ world. Our experience includes most recently working alongside a high care aged care and assisted retirement living provider to reposition and repurpose their existing sites and ageing building stock. Much of the $500M asset portfolio has undergone entire site upgrades and asset maximisation through the re-purposing of buildings and landscape, support services and commercial opportunities with multiple and simultaneous staged works.
