Harrison is a results driven RegPM Certified Project Manager with close to 10 years industry experience. Having operated in both public entities and the private sector, Harrison is an experienced client-side project manager with a track record of delivering high-value and strategic projects across the education, health, residential and commercial sectors. His versatility and understanding of end-to-end project management has enabled him to bring value to any project and establish enduring relationship with clients, stakeholders and industry partners.

Harrison’s has been involved in the delivery of an extensive range of buildings including mixed-use developments, new transformational builds, marine structures, heritage refurbishments and asset replacement works. With his adaptability and holistic approach to project management, Harrison has delivered projects from flagship construction valued at $200M to minor capital works valued at $500k.

Harrison is passionate about project management and has an intuitive approach to people and project matters. He values interpersonal relationships and holds the strong belief that communication is key to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. Combined with his proactive management style, Harrison builds collaboration relationships with industry partners, consultants and contractors.

Key Project Experience

Project Manager| Susan Wakil Health Building ($200M+) Construction and transition administration of a new purpose-built eight floor facility for medicine and health housing hospital grade equipment and world-leading teaching services over 20,000sqm. Responsible for final completion phase and the building commissioning for end user occupation.
Project Manager | Concord Hospital Multistorey Car Park Stage 1 Project management lead for design and construction of a new five-storey car park over a heritage brownfield site. Responsible for stakeholder management including Executive Steering Committee and Control Group reporting.
Project Manager | Private Mixed-Use Development (Southern Sydney) ($200M+) Development management of an 18,000sqm greenfield site from feasibility to Pre-DA design requiring the strategic planning management of the consultants and costing on behalf of a private real estate investor. Prepared the project plan and planning roadmap for the successful development application to a staged construction program.
Project Manager | Commercial and Residential Capital Works ($500k - $1M) Lead project manager overseeing asset replacement programme in a Grade-A commercial building with residential strata. Technical design development and construction management of sub-contractors to complete non-compliant building issues including HVAC, fire and electrical services.
Assistant Project Manager | Sydney College of the Arts ($22M) Reporting to the project director, provided project support from design development to end of defect completion. Managed a tier 2 contractor operating in live environment to complete extension and repurpose of a heritage building. Significant impact and change management including relocation of whole campus, staff change plan and politically sensitive business case.
Assistant Project Manager | Thyne Reid Boatshed ($7M) Project support to 80% design and construction of new purpose-built marine structure providing sporting and community facility for Sydney Rowers Club. Supported the project manager in managing tier 2 contractor and peer reviewers to complete delivery of integrated Development Application project.
Assistant Project Manager | University of Sydney Capital Works ($100k - $10M) Managed the delivery of a capital works program including refurbishment, fit outs, asset replacement and public domain works. Led the community focused and quality of life improvement projects such as Campus DDA upgrade and indigenous student support spaces. Specialised in Science and Research Facilities including high-tech nanoscience and physical containment laboratories.
