Suhas' experience spans project design and planning through to construction completion and hand over, succeeding within budget and time constraints whilst ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are upheld. Assistant Project Manager | Podium renovation work for Manooga, 35-36 East Esplanade mixed-use building ($1M) Project management for tendering & construction for the podium renovation and remedial works for Strata in a live mixed-use building at 35-36 East Esplanade, Manly.

Assistant Project Manager | Remedial works & roof repair works- Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium project ($615K) Managing procurement and construction for the remedial and roof repair works (separate projects) for Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium.
